SRB’s Clinical Methods in Surgery, fourth edition is updated part of third edition with lot of additions and corrections. This book is comprised of 6 sections that mainly focus on examination in general surgery, examination in abdominal and related conditions, examination in specialized areas, examination in trauma, clinical methods in orthopedics, and miscellaneous, which are further divided into 43 chapters. All chapters are thoroughly edited, and proper photographs and diagrams are added. Each chapter contains clinical examination methods, investigations, brief outline about all the conditions, which are relevant surgically. Most of the subject’s topics in each chapter are put in table format briefly, so that students can quickly go through the clinical conditions whenever needed in the ward or outpatient room. Relevant CBME numbers are highlighted in each chapter. Many photos are deleted to avoid repetitions; many are replaced with new ones. Text and illustrations are made in such a way that those students while reading will have continuous flow of thoughts with lucid language. Important clinical topics are added with newer high-definition clinical video demonstrations of examining the patients which will be very useful to students to understand the clinical methods of examination of the patient. This clinical book will be useful to undergraduates, postgraduates of MBBS and MS as well as useful to Ayurveda and allied medical fields; it is also useful for practicing clinicians to have a quick review.
