Abstract

Fish fry is a popular non-vegetarian food in coastal states of India. It is eaten as side dish as well as main dish. Fish gravy is regularly prepared in the homes of coastal states in which different varieties of fish may be used depending upon their availability in that region. It is usually served with rice and roti. Ingredients used for making these recipes and nutritional composition of these recipes are given in this chapter.
