The aim of this chapter is to focus on the otorhinolaryngology. This chapter is divided into four parts, which include congenital lesions of larynx: laryngomalacia, laryngeal web, obstructive sleep apnea in children, and pediatric rhinosinusitis. Incomplete recanalization of the laryngotracheal tube during the third month of gestation leads to laryngeal webs. Anterior glottic webs may be associated with chromosomal abnormalities. Diagnosis is by fibreoptic laryngoscopy/bronchoscopy. Radiological evaluation may be needed to assess the site and extent of the lesion. Episodic partial or complete obstruction of upper airway during sleep is defined as obstructive sleep apnea.
