The book ‘PHYSICON—The Reliable Icon in Physiology’ is written for the undergraduate medical students to understand the basic principles of the subject, and human physiology. The purpose of this book is to serve as a companion during the first MBBS Physiology examination preparation. This book is comprised of 3 sections with 20 chapters. The second section deals with practical’s that explains about the various experiments involved in hematology and experiments on frog with possible viva questions. Also, this section describes the procedure for performing clinical examination on an individual along with the questionnaire. The last section is covered with multiple choice and reasoning type questions. The question bank given in this book contains previous university examinations question which will be helpful for the MBBS students. The last chapter of this book is entirely for the normal values of body fluids, hormones and various systems. The book provides a brief and comprehensive coverage of the subject with simple language, self-explanatory diagrams, flow charts and illustrations.
