The ability to gather a sensitive and adequate history and to perform a thorough and accurate examination deepens the relationships with patients, and sets the direction of proper clinical thinking. How to reach diagnosis using history-taking, physical examination, and appropriate investigations, with the possible differential diagnosis in mind is clearly presented and illustrated in this book.
