SRB’s Clinical Methods in Surgery

The objective of this book is to introduce the SRB’s clinical methods in surgery. This contains methods of basic clinical surgery for undergraduates and postgraduates of medical, dental, nursing and allied medicines (Ayurveda, Homeopathy). This book consists of 5 sections, which include examination in general surgery, examination in abdominal and related conditions, examination in specialized areas, examination in trauma, and clinical methods in orthopedics, which are further divided into 40 chapters. Clinical approaches, clinical analysis and clinical diagnosis with differential diagnoses are discussed in each chapter of this book. Many methods and signs which are old are well accepted and newer innovations by few of the consultants are placed in this book. All chapters are thoroughly edited and proper photographs and diagrams are added. This book will be useful for all those who are keen to learn clinical surgery.
