The book “The Sankara Nethralaya Atlas of Fundus Fluorescein Angiography” encapsulates the subject of fluorescein angiography covering various disorders that are prevalent in India. The book is presented in an interesting and informative manner with a collection of excellent photographs preceded by a section on technique and methodology that aids the physicians-in-training and ophthalmic technicians to incorporate this discipline in their overall ophthalmic evaluations. The contents of the book are divided into seven sections. Section I is the introductory part that covers several topics on Fluorescein Angiography and Indocyanine Green Angiography. Section II describes in detail about various macular disorders. Section III sums up information on vascular disorders, that include ocular ischemic syndrome, Eales’ disease and hypertensive retinopathy. Section IV deals with inflammatory diseases like Krill’s disease, sympathetic ophthalmitis, Behçet’s syndrome, choroidal granuloma; etc. Heredomacular dystrophy is well explained in Section V which is succeeded by Section VI that gives a clear illustration of optic nerve disorders. The concluding section, VII is all about tumors.
