The book also discusses advance terminologies used in dentistry, important procedures and treatments performed, and instruments used such as bleaching, endodontic hand instruments and hand instruments in conservative dentistry. Different abnormalities associated with dentistry such as Gingiva in health and disease, cementum in disease, tooth mobility, food impaction, halitosis, periodontal probe, probing, scalers and curettes, and gingival curettage are discussed in detail. Few chapters of the book focus on the abnormalities and standard definitions that are windily used and are important for all dentistry students to know. Ameloblastoma, X-ray properties, orbital blow out fracture, primary and permanent teeth, definitions in pedodontia are discussed in brief.
