Abstract

This chapter has well written text and 2 well illustrated diagrams showing traumatic intracerebral haematoma. Pathogenesis of development of traumatic intracerebral haematoma is described in detail. Incidence of traumatic intracerebral haematoma along with clinical presentation are given in detail. Investigations of traumatic intracerebral haematomas are described with the help of diagrams and pictures. Management, prognosis and post operative outcome of traumatic intracerebral haematomas are described at the end of the chapter along with prevention. 31 references are given for further reading to conclude this chapter.
