Male factor infertility affects approximately 40% of the infertile couple. A number of different causes can affect the semen parameters, causing similar effects. Etiology of male infertility is difficult to understand and even more difficult to treat. Diagnosis of endocrine disorders affecting male infertility and the treatment of these disorders is a challenging task but bear good promise for induction of natural pregnancies as well as assisted reproduction. This chapter focuses on male endocrine disorders along with their diagnosis and management.
