The diagrams are now full colour and there are more photographs showing examination technique and signs. Several chapters have been expanded, with the chapter on examining the stroke patient now covering neurosurgical procedures and thrombectomy in addition to thrombolysis. A system summary at the end of each chapter is also provided.
