The book covers various aspects of the subject starting from history, molecular biology to various drugs and management of individual disorders precisely. Major topics of discussion include history of the dyslipidemia research, epidemiology of lipid disorders, dyslipidemia, pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, HDL metabolism, lipoprotein, management of dyslipidemias, and diet in dyslipidemia.
