Refusal of cesarean section, counseling the adolescent with undesired pregnancy, prenatal care of the surrogate mother, privacy violation in the office, disclosing office medical error, office diagnosis of sexual abuse, office care of the suicidal patient, drug seeking patient, office management of recurrent pregnancy loss, congenital anomaly, stillbirth, pseudocyesis, unsuccessful infertility treatment and elder abuse, etc. are some important topics which are discussed in this book.
