The Second edition of “Advances in Pediatrics” serves as a comprehensive guide to Pediatricians. Throughout the book there is an emphasis on the core advances in pediatrics practice. The book is divided into 13 sections and 212 chapters. Pediatrics mainly deals with children and their diseases. Section 1 in this book is presented with an introduction about the neonatology, setting up of neonatal intensive care unit and several neonatal problems. Section 2 is on infectious diseases and vaccines related to primary care of the newborn.
